We are a specialist construction and fit-out contactor which operates throughout the UK, primarily working on hotel, leisure, residential apartments and retirement / health care projects.

The majority of our work is undertaken on a design and build basis, creating, transforming, refurbishing or converting hotel, leisure and residential premises. Working to our Client's requirements our dedicated team are focused on the Speymill ethic of delivering projects on time; on budget and without snags.

The complexity of modern projects, and in particular our clients requirements for fast track solutions, drives our business. We understand the dynamics within different markets which often determine a different emphasis for the three fundamental requirements of any construction project - time, cost and quality.
